Help Desk
The Help Desk is located in Bingham Hall 109 and is open all summer Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
You can reach us on campus at extension 5190, or off campus at (860) 701-5190.
You can also send us an email at helpdesk@mitchell.edu, or Live Chat with a Help Desk Representative. Look for the "Live Help" button across the site!
On-Campus Computer Access
There are currently over 120 computers available for student use in several locations around campus.
Bingham Hall Labs are located in 104, 107, 108, and 111 (the Mac Lab).
BH 104: 10 PCs and 4 Macs dedicated for student use (no classes scheduled).
BH 107 & 108: 45 PCs available for when classes are not scheduled.
BH 111: 16 Macs available to students in the Graphic Design program.
Bingham Hall Labs are open:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, and
Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Special instances (like midterms and finals) may warrant additional hours for these labs.
Library: 16 PCs, 8 Macs, and 16 wireless laptops available for use anytime the Library is open (see below for hours).
